This notice explains what DIBStack (Next Phase Tech LLC d/b/a DIBStack) collects through dibstack.com, why, and your choices. We practice strict data minimization: we ask for as little as possible and never request sensitive company data.

What we collect

  • Information you submit. If you join the beta list or request MSP licensing info, we collect your email and any optional details you choose to provide (such as company type or approximate client count).
  • Purchases. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record and collects payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, CUI, SSPs, contract numbers, tenant exports, vulnerability data, credentials, or evidence files.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to you, send you updates about DIBStack if you asked for them, and process licensing inquiries. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate: our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) for purchases and our email/list provider ([email provider — TODO]) for beta-list messages. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-focused option and update this notice first.

Retention

We keep beta-list and inquiry information until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting support@dibstack.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
